As part of our home closing process we review the real estate contract to ensure our client’s interests are protected and modify the contract when necessary. Additionally, we negotiate all of the home inspection issues.  We  also prepare and gather all the necessary paperwork for closing.  Furthermore, we coordinate pre-closing and post-closing possession agreements when needed, resolve final walk through issues and attend the closing with you.  We do everything required to close on your home sale.
